Banner Buys -- Looking for some

I am looking to buy a ton of banners for an advertiser or ours. Lookingto pay around $0.25 CPM for these, but they must be RICH MEDIA capabale. Can anybody tell me which publisher might be able to deliver a few hundred thousand per day?

What is the going rate on run of network banners for the most part?

for RICH MEDIA 468x60 without pop-ups I think it's about 0.90 - 1CPM with burstmedia

What if there was 1 popup per unique person from this banner -- does that increase the rate? One can buy popunders for $1CPM, so I find it hard to swallow that banners would come even close to this price.

I'm talking about quality adcompanies here (burst , doubleclick , fastclicks).

a banner + pop-up is about 1.80-2CPM.

I have these prices from my burstmedia account.

you have ofcourse alot of smaller adcompanies with smaller or/and lower quality sites that have a much lower CPM.

I think it all depends with public you want to reach.
