Audio hosting

I am looking for a host similar to Live365.com that will provide on-demand live radio net-broadcasting.

Any ideas ?

neither of those two hosts do what i want

I want to be able to upload MP3s, and let the server play them at random.

I don't think thats exactly what he wants. On demand basically pulls a playlist and starts playing from top to bottom. I believe WKD is looking for a source to stream from in real time -> encode -> Serve / stream to the masses.

Thats only half or 1/3 of what he/she wants Daniel. What is requested is a broadcast server.. basically they want a server set up to encode then stream the content to the shoutcast ( or whatever streaming server, i.e. icecast, etc ) server.
