I would not suggest running .NET on *nix platform, even mod_mono can do that. If you need .NET, get an account on Windows. But cPanel doesnt run on Windows If you can use Helm, we can provide you

What is Helm, is it like cpanel or command prompt like UI.

I saw your semi-dedicated server offer for $50, it is good but is it possible
to get ASP.Net on it. I really need ASP.Net.

My budget currently is $50/month and I really do not want to go above that.

it depends on how busy the accounts are. If one account just needs large space and transfer for downloading for example, it doesnt require much system resources. But if one account is a busy forum, it requires much more. Cannot say exactly how many. However, what I can guarantee is we do NOT oversell our servers.
