Anyone knows a toplist?

I've searched hotscripts and resourceindex for a toplist program match this feature: not voting, like counter toplist. but i don't find. it must be somewhere because in turkish toplist there are many one but they don't tell where they get the script. Anyone knows a script like this? Please let me know! I must have it. (Script must be in PHP or CGI - maybe a database - free or cheap)

You ask for a script that will only list a bunch of websites, and the ranking will be only with incoming hits ?

I know how to do this stuff, but I didn't learn anything yet about anti-cheating methods.

i asked for a counter toplist. it counts how many hits the member's site!
