well, it appears that they're bunch of cheaters. those damn people.

You would have to consider why they would they move your site to another host. Firstly if they stated this, you could do the following:
Save the email
Ring your credit card company and tell them you did not receive the services you agreed to
You can also complain to the bbb, and If they have your money I don't think they will do much more for you if they closed.
