any suggestions abt starting a site

hey guyz wassup ...
hey i had a site , a warez site and one wrestling site .............
but now my dad has said he wont buy me any host and i cant find a warez hosting , free one .... and also im bored of it ... and it sucks ..... working for everyone and getting nothing back ...
so i thought will ask for suggestions in this forum ...
i hav licensed ipb 2.1x full unlimited license ...
any ideas will be appriciated ...
