Last few week I've been visited some site it offer $150 per 10 years incluse domain name, cgi acesss ect. but I forget the domain address if any once know please given me the address thanks first

why pay 150$ at once?

get the domain from powerpipe 7.99 and spend the other for hosting.
you can find it for 5$ only

go to hostsearch.com and find a suitable host for 5$

you can even get php+mysql nowadayas for that price
