Annoying PHP host problem

Maybe someone knows a solution to this problem. I need

- PHP (MySQL not needed)
- some MB
- either no ads, a banner or a text-link (but no pop-ups/pop-unders)
- FTP
- reasonable speed

I need this for a guestbook and a picture-of-the-day script (clean stuff, nothing perverted or illegal). These pages are supposed to be integrated seamlessly into my site, that is, they are displayed within frames.

Problems:
- FWP usually want to host complete sites, but not "site add-ons" ---> I get deleted
- FWP usually want their URL to appear in the adress bar ---> I get deleted
- FWP might think I use the account for storage ---> I get deleted

I don't want to move my entire site to a FWP, since they, sooner or later:
- go 404
- become unreliable or slow
- delete my site for no reason at all
- find other ways to annoy me

...whereas my ISPs webspace is fast, reliable and safe, but unfortunately offers no PHP support.

What I've tried/considered:

- host.sk ---> deleted me
- kylegush.com ---> deleted me
- nelie.org ---> incredibly slow at times
- tripod.co.uk ---> automatically breaks out of frames
- 4gigs.com ---> tried to sign up 3 times, they didn't bother replying
- spaceports.com ---> delete your site if the click-through-rate of their banners is too low (didn't try them)
- dk3.com ---> free hosting closed
- aspfreeserver.com ---> free hosting closed
- hostultra.com ---> annoying ads
- hostingextreme.com ---> pop-under
- portland.co.uk ---> rather narrow bandwidth limit, slow
- lonex.org ---> free hosting closed
- all sites that ask you "what do you plan to do with your site?" at sign-up ---> erm...well...

I'm tired of moving the pages every couple of weeks, lose guestbook entries etc....Any solution to this problem? Thank you.

Just use a remotely hosted guestbook (http://www.hotscripts.com) Maybe there is also a remotely hosted "image of the day" script.

No but there is a random text/image display on there..

I think you can do "picture of the day feature" via Javascript, or so I think.
