language is no prob, text link, or logo isn't a prob

netacore.com <-- offered one year payed hosting for free, but they SUCK! pings of 120 ms average !
coolpages.com <-- ugly banners!
nvphost.com <-- offers no free hosting anymore

you could try mine and nerdcities host, www.php50.com we are having a bit of trouble with sendmail atm, but it should be fixed shortly.
