Advice on Webhosting!

Hey everyone, i'm completely new to web hosting! I've purchased a domain name but am a bit lost when it comes to control panels etc.

I thought that I had purchased webspace from LN Host, and I had informed them of my domain name etc., but it appears that they are selling LN Host so I will be looking to transfer the domain name to new webspace. Can I do this without any problems?

I see that Vespacious offer some very good prices (esp. VespaMax). The reason why I'm looking for a lot of Webspace/Bandwidth is that I am going to start up a DJ Agency in London, and would like to upload DJ mixes (around 600Mb each) to the site.

If anyone could point me in the right direction to finding out the information I need, please let me know!

On a linux sever the main control panels are Plesk or CPanel which control things like subdomains, SQL Databases, stats, webmail etc.
