I'm looking at anywhere between $15 - $50. Preferably in the cheaper side and if required, I will upgrade.
 
Well, since your requesting 1GB of RAM & 1TB of bandwidth, I recommend you look for a dedicated server. Just my 2 cents.

OP: Burst.net is cheap, very, very cheap but it should be able to handle a site without issue.

Or if you dislike them, http://joesdatacenter.com/vps.php - you can customize the order as well.

If THAT is not good enough, http://www.serverpoint.com/english/linux-vps.phtml the price is a bit higher then what you put down but they are quality.

Good luck finding a host!.

I just made the suggestion by a quick look. It looked like nice server specs. :p

I know there are cheap solutions, but he also wants to host videos. So CPU speed would be a requirement.

Yes, a dedicated server is a better option. But for one site?. No. You would be better off with a VPS.
