adult and bittorrent host

i am looking for a host that allow adult content as well as bittorrent files. these files are porn videos. since they are uploaded by users, i cant guarantee that all are legal (that is always the case for p2p clients).

requirement is around 500mb and 10gb bw. in case illegal files are found, i do not want my account to be terminate suddenly.

Would you actively monitor your site, to ensure anything illegal is terminated and would you implement a facility to ban those whom contribute illegal files?

Are the bittorrent files trackers only? So your account would be used to track only?

...just some things needed to know prior for hosts.

There aren't too many torrent files that you can find that aren't illegal. So beware hosts! If you don't know what anything about bittorrent, here is a site to give you an idea:

The torrent files themselves aren't illegal. It is a small file (usually about 1MB in size) that contains information for a torrent tracker program like bitcomet (www.bitcomet.com) to find and download the file that you are looking for. This will probably also create high server loads (imo).

Bittorrent actually helps the server load by having all users that are downloading the file, share from each other instead of having being connected to the server for the full download.
