adsence taxes?

I read the google adsence agreement thing and it says that even if your hosting is in the us then you have to pay taxes. does anyone actually pay them? if so how much?

IMO, you should also go through tax information at this link in adsense site.

I think that I heard that if you live outside the USA and are not recieving any payments from clients in the USA, you are fine

A server does not count as server activity last time I checked (it was in Webmasters World).

Some people still don't get it. You don't pay taxes to Google, but to your local government.
