Account system in upload script

i have a custom script i am using at: www.uploadweekly.com i want to add a members system could some one help me make it like post codesect on how i can do it i know it use's mysql.

From the sounds of it, he does not use SQL already. Hence you would need to totaly recode everything to deal with the logging of the upload and the IP/time, and if it's a member upload script, the hits
