All I need is post a pdf file on a free server. The pdf is just 15.5 KB. It would be a print out sheet of my medical information just in case of an emergency. Ad free would be even better. Any suggestions?

You don´t need a server hosting for that.
For that you could google documents, rapidshare, upload, filefactory etc
