How do i enable it from my paypal acc.??
In which paypal account is this feature available??
&
Is cc is req. to use this paypal features?

What is Instant Payment Notification?

Instant Payment Notification, included with Website Payment products, Express Checkout, and Standard Checkout, is available to our Premier and Business members. Instant Payment Notification allows you to integrate your PayPal payments with your website's back-end operations, so that you get immediate notification and authentication of the any PayPal payments and disputes you may receive.

How do I activate Instant Payment Notification (IPN)?

You can activate Instant Payment Notification (IPN) from your Profile.

Note: Before activating IPN, please read the instructions to ensure that you can support the notification and authentication system.

Here's How:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Profile subtab.
3. Click the Instant Payment Notification Preferences link in the Selling Preferences column.
4. Click Edit.
5. Click the checkbox and enter the URL to which you would like to receive HTML posts.
6. Click Save.
7. You have successfully activated IPN.
