A found a site called Acid Mist, they have free .com's in exchange for their banners on your site. They now also have a popup option avaliable instead of the banner. Prity cool!!! 
The address is www.acidmist.com, and this is what they say they have:
- Free yourname.com domain name
- Free url redirection to your existing website
- Free email redirection (admin@yourname.com)
- Requires an existing website with 150+ visitors / day
- One advertisement at top of page ((or now you can have a popup))
