You are not allowed to have "Olympic" in your name. The Olypmic Organizing Committe lawyers will hunt you down. In Toronto, the Olympic Flame Restuarant had to change its name, and Olympic Packaging changed to Ompic Packaging. I don't know about websites but guess that they are higher priority than little restaurants.

BTW: Molson breweries successfully sued the owner of Canadian.biz because Molson's has the trademark on "Canadian" (one of thier labels).

You shouldn't be able to trademark a nationality. Seems a bit silly there...
