A ad company for me?

I am wondering if there is a ad company that will take my site of http://www.phprank.com ?

I mean on the members pages, they can setup a top site script and it puts a ad at the top of the pages.

Please help me

I imagine you'll have difficulty finding an advertiser as you will have to monitor the content of your member's pages closley. It may be wise to investigate at several places before you place the links on your website.

I'd investigate using SearchBoxes prefilled with the topsite's topic, targeted affiliate sales and blind links to try making the most out of a topsite.
