Is 9cy.com running their PHP in the safe mode? My submit button just wants to download the form's action="blah.php" page.

Paul no longer has much control on what goes on over there.

9cy.com does not support PHP anymore. It would come up as a download page. It parse's PHP as a file download for security.

I don't think 0catch is a good free host if you want PHP or any form of server side scripting.
