800mb or more space (a little less is fine)
10gb bandwith (a little less is fine)
3 domains under one account (i already have one domain visionstudios.be)
unlimiited features mysql, email, subdoamins, etc..
cpanel
fantasico
99% uptime!
good customer support
i'd REALLY like to pay yearly something for maybe 25USD$ a year.

i need this quick so instand actvation would be very nice!

Your budget is ok for your bandwidth needs, but you may want to increase it a bit considering the amount of space you require. I would say $60 per year would be a reasonable price to pay.
