bad english/good english whatever his case is, the plans he's offering sound pretty good to me, and unless someone can figure out a good reason not to sign up for a plan there then I'm all for it.
One last question though how long have you guys been in business. Your copyright on your site says 2005-2006 but how long have you guys been offering your service. It's important I know this so I know whether to jump at this chance but then again $15 isn't really that much money to squander

EDIT: Also I noticed there's something wrong with your signup form. When you try to type in your domain you can only state what you want the name as you can't choose whether it's .com, .net, .org etc. also when towards the end of the signup you can't state how long you want your domain name the pull down menus for both of these areas or blank. Furthermore in the domain section it's stated as comming soon. There's no FAQ either or a terms of service anywhere to be found and what you have as your rules and regulations is pretty skimpy. Lastly it says on your homepage that you accept payment from paypal, visa, mastercard, and discover but when you get to the payment page the only checkable option is paypal. Can you explain any of this?
