What socket are your processors running, never had a dual P4 with HT normally a single chip with HT makes 2 CPUS

We have 2 CPUs With HT enabled.... 2 Real cpu's but you could say 4 cpus with ht enabled

No you are misunderstanding if thats out of WHM then that means you have one CPU with HT enabled ;)

If it is HT enabled it shows up in WHM as another processors

My server is P4 3.4 with HT and i get 2 processors showing up

Think you are confused

P.S. You cant have two P4's on a motherboard just INTEL XEON processors will go DUAL
