most of the ips are blacklisted on their network. i have been trying since a month to register there. but every time it shows blacklisted ip message.

WRONG! We don't have any IPs blacklisted !!!!

If you are getting a blacklist message, it means that your IP has
been listed by a 3rd party public blacklist service such as SpamCop
or similiar specifically for confirmed spam, proxy, or virus infection.

We don't have anything to do with any blacklists so you will need
to contact the service that has you listed directly.

If you do not know who has you listed, there is a helpful tool on
http://www.dnsstuff.com that can help determine which RBL
blacklists has your IP address listed with links to contact those lists.

Once you remove your IP, you should be able to signup with us.

If you don't own a domain name, you can apply for a domain exemption.
We will review your particular request and situation and then decide
whether or not to grant you a subdomain address.

If approved your address would be "http://(whatever).z42.us" ...

To apply for a domain exemption, you would need to contact our
technical support department at support@cybertoad.net before
you try to apply for web hosting.
 
what do have like Incoms from hostiing all these sites .?
i dont think that it will completly free:(

No, all hosting applications have to either use a real domain name
or have a Z42.US subdomain if approved for a URL exemption.

Addresses from free URL subdomain services is not permitted

In your case though, none of the above is applicable because you
already have an active web hosting account with us!
 
he also deletes your database without knowing you just be careful i had readed this in cybertoad forums
i never had a problem with other hosts which i signup by seeing in this forum
but this cbertoad is very bad
