I see the problem. Other hosts use the same method, asking you to enter in your desired name but do not require that you purchase it through them. This seems to be what you're doing with one very important difference. I can enter a domain name I own and your system prompts me to pay you for it. Other domains I own go through just fine - seems like a glitch in your system.
