Hi Kiddoman free hosting is for 1 year and yes it only comes with 1 e-mail account. They is the option to upgrade your account anytime should you require more than 1 e-mail account in your client area.

The free service is to provide people who may want to find out how hosting works or people that do not need much resources to run their website.
