As you have quite some money to spend, and your requirement is quite high, I suggest you get a dedicated server or something. I don't really think any host has any deal for you except for the dedicated servers.

But what about kicking of Files?
What i need is Space,that garanted that the files will be not kicked,i dont know ,if any buisiness worked so.
For only such a Space i will pay a lot of Money.If yo have any Information about this ,i will be happy to hear about.

of course is there some Illegal Stuff on my Material,i will upping.Otherwise i must not pay for it ,i take some Freeservices,there are enough,and very good Services ,too.Best Way is then Tripod,but its Webhosting,not for a lot of Files.
Ok,i will test the Links you given to me and check it out.
Perhaps there is one,who will host this for me for a godd Price,we will see.A big thank to all they will help me.

If that is a 'yes, there is illegal stuff', then two things. One it can't be discussed here. Two, most dedicated proviers won't let you host illegal material on their network (even on a dedicated server).
 
illegal stuff:
when you get paid hosting, they know your name and adress...
which means, they will get you for the illegal stuff...
well perhaps it would work for a whille... but i would say, don't do that!!!
(perhaps there are some countries where your illegal stuff is leagal and you could get your server there...)
and if you are talking about porn... there are some webhosting companies that would allow that
(but you need to have the copyright for the material!
