i have contacted ntl and they can not find the server we have pinged it and no responce is happening. Please update me on whats going on.

we only accept english sites because we want to know what our clients are putting on their websites. For now, we are only accepting users from United States, canada, uk and australia because of spam and abuse issues. We are not trying to discriminate against other countries but at this point we have no choice.

for me, 50 MB allowing all languages is better than 5 GB English site only!!!
