First, let me start off by saying I am someone looking to get into the web hosting industry. Right now I just work with friends and and worked with clients in the past, however it has been such small scale I haven't needed a website or integration of everything. As soon as I began working on automation and actual website design was when I started running into problems.

Now, I first found out about PogiWeb when they were advertising a WHMCS into design integration for half price ($12.50 I believe?), which is an AMAZING deal! I contacted Matt and the PogiWeb team and asked if it was still going on, and what I had to do to make sure I got the discount.

PogiWeb staff was very polite and helpful in assisting me in my order, later on I received a response to my ticket from the owner asking for my details to do the integration. I explained to him I had just had a design for my website and that I had had issues with previous integration and service specialists taking advantage of my inexperience with these things. Matt was nice enough to offer me a decent amount of credit, and helped me to get the new integration done in around 1 hour if that (from the instance of the ticket, to the completion of the integration). Needless to say I was very thankful, and had found a business that I trusted.

Well tonight came around and I had a surge of orders after just integrating a new service. After I did a bit of looking at my new orders, I realized registrar integrations were messed up, and the accounts were not automatically being created between WHM and WHMCS. I put in a support ticket at PogiWeb again since they had shown outstanding support before. I wasn't sure if PogiWeb even offered this service, but I was in a frantic state and wanted to make sure my clients accounts could be fixed as quick as possible.

Matt responded, took a look, and offered to fix everything for me, with out any hesitation. I commend Matt and PogiWeb for the great support and help they have given to me. If you need a top quality integration, go sign up with PogiWeb right now!

10/10 for PogiWeb in my books, plus an extra point for having such a hands on and polite owner!
(MODS I would be more than happy to verify, I'm not sure how to go about doing so however.)
