Thanks for that post Keagle :). I am going to finally close down the case on paypal and click the Escalate button. I know I won't win..but it's worth a try.

It's okay :). One of my best friends are letting me use there server. But as for the plan... I always go for the smallest and upgrade after I see if there server is good or not.

It's alright :-). Maybe if you didn't make excuses and paid me earlier.. I would've never did this. All I have to say is, good luck getting customers.

The plans and the live support(Not the ticket system). Like on there front page, normally there would be a staff on the live chat.

I rather have you not talk here. I still havn't got my money back. I did contact Paypal.. so you have 20 days to do whatever you want. When I found out that this host goes down often, my friend has asked me to use his hosting until everything is settled No worries guys, I have full proof...

What are you talking about? I switch the dns to my friends hosting around last friday or somewhere like that.

I belevie, the closest package that I wanted was, iiPanel's. Although craig was only a dollar more, with alot of more stuff.. I am probably gonna go with craig. The only problem is, that I won't use up all that space/bw :(
