I just hope downtime such as this, as much as possible, can be avoided in the future.

I just checked the monitoring service you have on your website, yesterday the May downtime was exactly two hours and now its 8 hours 17 minutes, meaning the recent downtime was 6 hours and 17 minutes.

I wouldn't call 6+ hours of downtime as a few minutes. Check your pm pls.

yeah, their site is always up. I have an opened ticket lying there for over a week now. no answers. and their live chat has been offline for about a month already.
