I was with JewlzK for about 4 months, and it declined to be a company where support replies were 2 days, I mean why leave the datacenter without telling...

Yeah I left them along time ago..way back in November 2007..when they had their datacenter move from Zogmo to Altridge...and the horrible downtime. Anyways..for a heads up Jewlzk.com isn't owned by Roland anymore, but the Datacenter Altridge.

Okay, I will see what he offers as a refund, as the uptime has been horrific.

Just a quick note. I have a VPS with JewlzK and am dissapointed. Roland, you have lost many clients today. This is horrifying, I've had over 15 days of downtime in the last two months! You should give us some type of refund/moneyback, as the 99.9% 'guarantee' , has not been met!
