Okay, thanks everyone. Mekhu, I didn't use iFrame at all. It's all in regular frames :D But I did move the menu, added some colors and changed the logo. Could someone tell me how it looks now. It's at:

Before I debut the new version of my site, I want to make sure it's okay. What I want to know is:
How it looks in resolutions higher than 800x600?
How it looks in Netscape?
Are the colors okay?
Is the logo too plain?
Does the text on the bottom (above the menu) look out-of-place?Any other...
This site has substance above everything else. It's obvious you put much thought into it, and you enjoyed doing it. As far as how it looks, personally I would change the font. Also, consider making a logo.
Change the font, and it'll look so much better. I also like the other one. Much more clean. I don't like the tables on this one. Some are regular square edged, while some are rounded. Good site, though.

I don't like the colors. Tone it down a bit, they grab more attention than your text does. It's like they overshadow what you're trying to say or something....
