It looks clean, tidy (nice design, I like) and makes feel that I'm browsing a reliable site. Easy navigation, although for the less experienced users I'd recommend a short introduction on the main page (what your site is about) and also the help menu would support a lot new users.
How will you make money out of the site if there is no money involved in the trade at all?

The look is nice and clean, but also make sure that it is searchengine friendly. A site description on the home page would be nice, so add some more text.
