Wordpress themes with custom coding aren't cheap. So, why is this in free services?

i wasn't asking for a custom coded wordpress theme, don't be so quick to assume things.
i want to know where i can find a free theme like this one.

You asked if someone knew how to code a theme like the one you posted, what else am I to assume, apart from you're looking for a coder.
Try some of the free wordpress theme sites, but I doubt you'd find one like that, without having to do modifications yourself.
