Windows VPS (cloud or not) w/product key provided

Hello,

Can someone recommend/mention VPS/cloud providers that offer Windows (2008, 32/64bit) with product key (i.e., so that I do not buy my own product key)?

Amazon EC2 provides that, as an example. VPSFarm doesn't provide the key.

Could someone recommend a reliable provider supplying the product key for Windows server?
