and am looking for a free service like http://www.streamload.com/ that allows direct linking

Has anyone any good suggestions?

What you are asking for is free bandwidth. There aren't many companies willing to take a digger on this for everyone just to waste their resources. If you find one, I'd take it before it disappears.
