I need Some Opinions on Whats the Best Scripts For the Site:

Kayako Support Suite or cerberus?

WHM Autopilot or Client Exec?

And do these plans sound reasonable:
Shared Hosting
250MB Space / 10 Gb Bandwidth for 3.95USD
500MB Space / 20 Gb Bandwidth for 5.95USD
1000MB Space / 40 Gb Bandwidth for 7.95USD


Reseller Hosting
500MB Space / 50 Gb Bandwidth for 6.95USD
200MB Space / 100 Gb Bandwidth for 9.95USD
5000MB Space / 250 Gb Bandwidth for 11.95USD

Addition of Disk Space in Shared Hosting would make the plan sounds good. Reseler plans seems to be good.

Reseller Hosting
500MB Space / 50 Gb Bandwidth for 6.95USD
200MB Space / 100 Gb Bandwidth for 9.95USD

Think its 2000MB Space in the 2nd Reseller plan.

Kayako would be my choice.

The reseller accounts look very, very cheap.

Reseller looks great. I prefer ClientExec since I have never used WHM Autopilot so I am biased.

Shared plans are not bad too.

reseller plans are very low, remember the likelyhood for client referrals from a reseller are 0

shared plans look reasonable to me.

I prefer kayako, it is very well laid out and professional. I have never been to big of a fan of cerberus.

client exec is nice, you may also want to check out modernbill. It is a favorite amongst web hosts and a great system

Yes, AvailNetworks point about referrals is a very good point which should be taken into consideration.

I would also like to add my opinions on WHMCS . I have been using this for a while and it is fantastic! Its only $11.95 a month or $169 for a lifetime license! Its a FULL billing/support center and works great!

Between this two, i prefer ClientExec however you might want to talk alook at modern bill...

On your plan,
Shared Host are ok however reseller plan are not that attractive, 500mb space seem to don't balance with 50Gb of bandwidth and yes i agree with AvailNetworks...most reseller come with a customer base of 0 so might be a bit too costly for the start...

Regard
