So here I am again looking for a reseller! My current host is HORRID! The server got hacked 3 days ago and was down for 24 hours + while they did "Emergency Maintanence". Now again tonight it is down and its been a little over 3 hours so far. I submitted a ticket and have received NO response! Needless to say I am getting VERY frustrated! :doh!:
This is what I need:
99.9% Uptime Guarantee and you must stand behind it with refunds or prorated next bill, not just some words on a TOS! My current host has a 99.9% guarantee, but appearently all you get is an apology, even though their TOS clearly states a refund!
Cpanel / WHM / Fantastico
3 - 4GB disc space
20 - 30gb bandwidth (I'm only using maybe 3gb right now)
Unlimited features (if not unlimited, atleast 200 - 300 of everything)
A billing system (ClientExec or WHMCS only, WHMCS prefered)
First month discount or free trial
Host MUST be atleast a year old and over 21, no kids with a master reseller please. Do not bother offering if you haven't been in business for atleast a year, and you're under 21 yrs of age. I will be checking domains to be sure of hosts startup date.
Free migration of my domains ( Only about 10-15) to your server.
The reason for the discounted/free trial request is that, I have signed up and wasted money too many times now, so I require a free trial or very cheap first month ($3-$5) so I can test it out. I don't mind paying for quality after I have tested the service. My monthly budget after the first month for those specs is about $10 +/- a few bucks is ok.
This reseller is to host my domains only. I will not be selling hosting on this reseller at all. I need the billing system to use for my free hosting clients to order through. They're hosted on another reseller I have and will not be on your server.
You may be thinking, "Why not just host your domains on that reseller, it's because I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket!
Thats about it, so post your offers and let me know what the best you can do for the first month, and the price thereafter. I will be moving as soon as possible! But, I have to wait for these incompetent fools to get the server back online AGAIN!
