Should add paid subs.

You have to admit, its a great thread over on WHT. But there is a lot of dirt on you, instead of asking mods to delete the thread, why not try and clear things up?

I never understood people's obsession with make FWS profitable for it's owners, I mean what do they get out of it...? They're obviously doing something right since it has been running for so long.

Bottom line is less activity when people hve to pay sure it = more money for jan which is great but I dont think its going to happen.

My suggestion has always been paid subs get an advertisement free board. I know it would be a pain to implement, but I'd pay happily for that ;) (Yes, use Adblock you say...well at work Firefox isn't an option)

Actually its not hard to do at all... It would only require copying the NLC group and the registered users group.

Theres a simple <if> statement that can be used in the Vbulletin templates that will only show something to a certain usergroup. I dont remember the whole thing but i have used it in the past...

Something like this?

Nevermind started to code JAVA, then realized that JAVA and JS have completly different implementations.

No no, I believe you're right.

It goes something like this;
Code:
<if EXPRESSION == TRUE></if>
I think you can also use <else> and <elseif> in there too.
