I have an IPB forums, generally about 100 people online at rush hour. Last month the hosting provider suspended my forums and said my forums used up 172GB transfer!

I don't know why! Maybe the pictures uploaded occupied so much bandwidth? The forums have about 4000 uploaded pictures, most are beauties.

Who can provide me a dedicated server or reseller, no expensive than $20/month, since the virtual host can not satisify my site's requirement.
 
That's gonna be hard.

Your site does consume a lot of bandwidth, and $20 dollar wont cut it.

Search server4you on WHT, there are several reports of no response and no server setup, some spanning several weeks.
 
Dont you have cpanel? transfer stats are there? (awstats/webalizer/left column in cpanel for current month)
cpanel = Web/FTP Stats -> Bandwidth
or access to raw logs? you can dl them and use web log expert lite to find out your transfer.

That way you could be sure how much bandwidth you used

yes you do consume alot of bandwidth a month, but since you only can afford $20 a month i can get you:

-2gb space
-100gb bandwidth
-cpanel 8
