Overall it's a really nice layout

There are some issues, for example in your services page I dislike the way the blocks are laid out - perhaps it's just me . The best part is the top of the page (with the logo, navigation, and newest promotion text).

Very nice layout, page loads quickly, everything is easy on the eyes and flows quite nicely.
