Mate weve been here long enough to watch people edit there posts after someone posts a common sense post. If this means i loose out on your custom or others then be it but i am not going out my way to offer you more than we basicly can afford.

Your command of the language is not great but enough to know that you know what you are requesting.

Your not asking for a good price, your asking for an INSANE price, a price that no webhost could meet for the requirements you require without ourselling to the max.
If a host gives you 100GB bandwidth for $4, they will make $40 selling a whole server with 1,000 GB bandwidth. The server would cost a minimum of $60, then add on the hosts profits, you need to at least DOUBLE your budget or HALF your requirements.
It might be worth posting another request, for 5GB diskspace and 50GB bandwidth for $4-$5/month, at least you *might* get some offers that are close to what you want.
