I need a cheap low End VPS with specification at least:
64M Ram guaranteed
5GB space
30 GB Bandwidth
1 dedicated IP
Non-Managed (as long as there is web panel to restart, change hostname, dns, etc)
Ubuntu / CentOS
Allowed to Host Porn/ Adult
Fast Line connection!
Monthly payment

It is quite rare, mostly I dont use this. But I just dont like to have restriction on IRC client. I sometimes use Irssi on shell. No IRC server will be installed.
Also it would be good to allow torrent client (No illegal files will be stored on server either).
