Proxy Hosting Needed

Hey there,

I need to host a really really small and private proxy site (glype).
All I'm asking for is :

100MB (or less) Diskspace
1GB Bandwidth
cPanel Only Please!
Other features such as MySQL, emails , addons are not important.
I'd like to let you know in advance that I will Passwort-Protect the whole site (including index) so that no-one other than myself and a couple others can access the site. The host ofcourse may acess it at anytime.
PHP is important =D

No Ads please and no p2h please.... im not asking for much :S ...
