Plz help me

I just started having a problem with WHM. When i try to make make an account using whm it doesn't let me. All that happens is the first part, the box, and the page never finishes to load . I left my computer running one night to see if it was just my computer being slow but when i woke up, it was still in the same place. Any clues as to what i should do?

Have you tried to contact your hosting provider?

Verfiy that the account has not been created by viewing all of the accounts using the "list accounts" feature.
