I need somebody with knowledge in PHP and FLASH to make me a script for my current site, www.easymazuma.com

I want to make a wheel, similar to one on moola.com, except that this wheel will have positive and negative cash amounts. And whatever the person gets, is applied to their current cash balance. Sorta like chance, ur either gona win an amount or lose an amount...
