Okay, I have tried using Trellis desk for email ticket support. While it is good, it would not send automatic replies or retrieve new tickets. After many attempts from various sources to fix it, I said the heck with it.
Now, I am trying to use OSTicket, after a few recommendations for it.
However, for the life of me, I cannot get it to retrieve emails. The email settings are correct, but nothing is working.
For those of you who use this software, how did you get it to work to retrieve emails and send out automatic replies?
