Made this website a couple of days ago and added some Google Adsense to it. Planning on adding some more content in the next couple of days and maybe CMS to make things easier. It has a simple design. But I like keeping things basic.

Your top navigation menu is not identical, use mouse over effects in link to make it more visible. Add recent post widget in footer as footer seems blank. Frankly speaking you need good theme instead of searching adsense ready themes search for popular themes of wordpress. Check my free theme blog, http://wpthemes.salonspasource.com/ there is only Salons Theme, but I can create any theme just send request I will do so free of cost.
