Need webspace for existing community

About two years ago, some nice guy provided me with a cPanel account which I used to start up a community which me and my friends now chat on. Recently he came on MSN and told me he's quit hosting, so my cut off date is around the 10th February.

So I'm looking for a provider that I can transfer the site to. Incase you're curious, you can find my community here. Forums statistics can be found here.

I'm only looking for a minimum of 250MB webspace, a few GB of bandwidth a month (my site uses typically no more than 800MB/mo tops), a DNS I can link my domain to, standard stuff like MySQL and whatnot that's required by SMF/Coppermine and a control panel interface such as cPanel is a big plus, though I'm not completely clueless. Nothing too steep there I think...

I'm not looking to transfer my site to any host that can be immediately found on google that anyone and everyone can sign up on which will eventually end up with overloaded servers and dissappear.

I'm hoping there's someone out there willing to take my site on, I'd be very grateful. I think that's everything...

Hello. I'm not a hosting company but I have a dedicated server with unused space and I would like to offer it up to people with ad supported free hosting. It definitely is not stacked as I only host my personal blog, a project I'm developing currently and a website for my relative's restaurant.
